COOKIE POLICY

(1) This Cookies Policy is based on a legal requirement, resulting from the amendment of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law.

(2) Terms used in this Cookies Policy have the following definitions:

Administrator – owner of the Website that is MS Services Sp. z o. o. Bociana 22, 31-231 Kraków, company registered in the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków XI Economic Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000177832, with share capital amounting to 220,000 PLN, e-mail address: sekretariat@msservices.pl

User – each person (Internet user) who visits the website (and all subpages) under which the Service is available.

Cookies Policy – this document.

Service – the website available at www.msservices.pl.

cookies – computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the terminal equipment of the User and are intended for use on the websites of the Service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the time of storage on the terminal equipment and a unique number.

The Administrator of the Website informs that cookies are used for the following purposes:

adapting the content of the Website to the User’s preferences and optimising the use of websites. In particular these files allow for recognition of User’s device and appropriate display of website, adapted to its individual needs;
maintaining a User session (if logged in), which means that a User does not have to log in again on each subpage of the Website;
creating statistics, which constitute a basis for analysis of how Users use websites.
to provide users with advertising content more suited to their interests.
The Administrator informs that the Website uses two types of cookies:

session cookies, i.e. temporary files, which are stored in the User’s terminal equipment until logging off, leaving the website or switching off the web browser;
persistent cookies, i.e. files that are stored in the final device of the User for the time specified in the parameters of cookies or until they are deleted by the User.
The Administrator informs that within the Service cookies with the following functions are used:

those that enable use of services available within the Service, e.g. authentication cookies used for services requiring authentication within the Service;
those aimed at ensuring safety, e.g. used for detecting abuses in the scope of authentication within the Service;
cookies enabling the collection of information on the manner of use of the Website;
those enabling memorisation of User-selected settings and personalisation of the User interface, e.g. with regard to the chosen language or the region from which the User comes;
those that enable provision of advertising content tailored to the User’s interests (advertising cookies).
6 You should be aware that the software used to browse the Internet (Internet browser) very often allows the storage of cookies on the User’s terminal device by default. Users can change their cookie settings at any time. These settings can be changed, for example, in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the Internet browser or inform on their placement on the User’s device each time.

(7) Detailed information on the possibility and handling of cookies is available in the settings of the browser used by the User.

(8) The Administrator declares that disabling the use of cookies by the User or restricting the use of these files in the web browser used by him may affect some of the functionality available on the Website.

(9) Cookies placed in the User’s end device can be used by advertisers and business partners cooperating with the Administrator.

(10) The use of cookies by the Administrator does not cause any configuration changes in the device or software used by the User.
